Jhatpat Carrot Rava Laddus

A change from the usual, innovative laddoos that taste not only better, but also provide extra fiber, beta-carotene, vitamins A B and C and also minerals.

Carrot grated - 1 cup
Chiroti rava - 1/2 cup
Khova - 2 tbsp crumbled
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 2-3
Raisins and Cashewnuts - A handful
Ghee - 2-3 tbsp

Dry roast rava on slow fire in a thick kadai till raw smell disappears. Add carrot and fry for 5-10 mins. Add cardamom powder, khova, sugar, cashewnuts and fry. Finally add ghee and mix well till ghee blends with the mass. Now add
raisins. Cover and keep to cool down a little. Make lemon size laddus.
