Arvind Mallya

Arvind Mallya works for AT&T and has over 30 years in the telecommunication field in USA.  His hobbies in spare time include, cooking, gardening, photography, classic cars, amateur radio, player piano music collection, stamp and coin collecting and wilderness backpacking.

When he is not with the Boy Scouts snow camping or with his son wilderness backpacking through the California Sierra-Nevada high country, he is home helping his wife with the cooking and gardening. This year he grew over 10 different varieties of chilies including the  world's hottest chilly from India the Naga Jalokia and from Mexico the Habanero and whole other milder varieties like the banana pepper and other vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant and zucchini.

His cooking interest include coastal Indian cooking and Chinese stir fried noodles and soups.  It all  started with his craving for some home cooked Indian food which he missed being away from home since his early days in school and then away at college in India and USA.
